Neptune's Pride 2 is a 4X (Explore, Expand, Exploit, and Exterminate) space-based strategy game, released in 2018. Players command a fleet of starships and explore, colonize, and conquer a randomly generated galaxy. Players must build up their forces, research technologies, and outmaneuver their opponents in order to gain the upper hand in a never-ending battle for dominance. The game features a unique asynchronous turn-based system, allowing players to make moves and receive updates even when they're not actively playing. Players can also form alliances, trade resources, and communicate with each other via a built-in chat system. Neptune's Pride 2 also features an AI-controlled galaxy, allowing you to hone your skills against the computer before taking on human opponents.
