Herramienta pequeña (600kb) y simple, no es necesario instalarla, pero tiene opciones de edición muy limitadas. Recomendado. [Editado por lebaux, 18 de abril] No funciona correctamente en sistemas de 64 bits, y parece que tampoco funciona en win8. Recomiendo cambiar a Screenshooter si quieres una solución de captura realmente simple, o a ZScreen si quieres una bestia de captura de pantalla con todas las funciones.
