Lights-Out is a web-based application or website that allows users to remotely control lights in their homes or businesses. The app or website can be used to switch lights on and off, dim lights, set timers, and create schedules for lights to automatically turn on and off. It is designed to be used in conjunction with smart lights, such as Philips Hue, LIFX, and WeMo, as well as other types of lights that can be connected to the internet. Lights-Out also has a companion mobile app which can be used to control lighting from anywhere. This app also lets users see their current lighting conditions and adjust the lighting accordingly.
Discontinued The project is no longer being developed. The latest version, 1.0.7, released in August 2007, can still be downloaded from SourceForge.
