Kingsoft PC Doctor 3.7.0.47 revisado por Tennyson Acker el 25 de abril de 2012 Instalación El paquete de instalación es muy pequeño y no incluye ningún otro software adicional; la configuración termina casi tan pronto como comienza. Este programa tiene muy pocos requisitos y los sistemas operativos compatibles son Windows XP, Vista y 7. Interfaz La interfaz parece muy simple y atractiva, con botones modernos y explicaciones para cada herramienta. Mantiene un registro de los errores y la chatarra que se ha encontrado en los análisis anteriores, así como una sección con las herramientas recomendadas para su uso. Cuando se cierra la ventana principal, deja un proceso que se ejecuta en la barra de tareas y una pequeña barra en su pantalla que muestra la carga de la CPU y la memoria, mostrando información detallada sobre cada proceso cuando se desplaza sobre ella.
Un toque pequeño y único es un botón "Me gusta" en la parte inferior derecha de la ventana principal, que lo dirige a la página de Facebook de Kingsoft Security en lugar del enlace habitual al sitio web de la compañía. ProsIt tiene una utilidad de diagnóstico que le permite escanear su computadora para recopilar y mostrar información sobre el estado general de su sistema. De esta manera, puede ver en qué área necesita más atención su computadora y le alerta de que tenga más cuidado en el futuro para evitar problemas graves. PC Doctor tiene otra herramienta interesante que aumenta drásticamente los tiempos de carga de su sistema al deshabilitar procesos no deseados. Esas tareas de inicio hacen que Windows sea más lento, con más posibilidades de fallar. Puede dejar que el programa realice una acción recomendada para cada proceso, o puede decidir qué tareas habilitar o deshabilitar.
Contras: a veces es imposible que el programa corrija todos los errores, ya que parecen corregirse al principio, pero luego vuelven a aparecer si escanea de nuevo. Algunos problemas son persistentes y Kingsoft PC Doctor no puede ocuparse de ellos. AlternativesTuneUp Utilities tiene más funciones y es más confiable que Kingsoft PC Doctor, pero también consume muchos recursos del sistema, lo que hace que su uso sea insoportable en computadoras más lentas. Por otro lado, CCleaner es muy ligero, simple y tiene más funciones que PC Doctor, lo que lo convierte en una excelente alternativa.
