La aplicación de código abierto Bleachbit funciona de maravilla para eliminar todo tipo de archivos residuales y otros rastros de actividad en su computadora con Windows o Linux. Por lo tanto, es una herramienta para mejorar la privacidad y la seguridad. El investigador de seguridad Bruce Schneier, quien manejó algunos de los archivos filtrados de Snowden, ha usado Bleachbit (entre otras cosas) para mantener su computadora limpia y segura contra el espionaje de la NSA. Bleachbit también es supuestamente la aplicación que Hillary Clinton (o su personal) usó para borrar esos infames correos electrónicos. Durante una de las discusiones presidenciales de los EE. UU. En 2016, Donald Trump acusó a Hillary Clinton de "blanquear" sus correos electrónicos, llamándolo "un proceso muy costoso". Bleachbit puede ir muy profundo y eliminará muchas cosas que ni siquiera sabría que mantiene su computadora. Nunca he encontrado ninguna situación en la que los datos hayan sido eliminados. No quería que lo hiciera. No rompe su registro o similar. También resolvió problemas al no poder, así que instale cierto software. Una segunda característica además de solo limpiar su sistema es que puede "difuminar con bleachbit" que eliminará archivos y su huella digital en su disco duro cambiando su nombre y luego se borra de nuevo. Lo recomiendo a todos mis clientes y amigos.

No funciona en absoluto. Me pregunto, ¿por qué funciona para otras personas y no para mí? Lo configuro para eliminar cookies, historial y así sucesivamente. Hice clic en "Limpiar" y muestra que "elimina" los archivos. Pero cuando abro Google Chrome, toda mi historia y las cookies estaban allí. Cada mes ejecuto un procedimiento para eliminar todo (como el historial, las cookies, etc.) y esperaba que esta herramienta pudiera ayudarme. Pero parece que no lo hará.
