Grub Customizer is an open source graphical application for modifying the GRUB boot menu of any Linux distribution. It allows users to easily change the GRUB settings, such as the background image, timeout, default kernel and kernel options, as well as add and remove entries from the boot menu. It also allows users to easily change the order in which their operating systems appear in the boot menu. Grub Customizer also provides a wide range of additional features, such as the ability to easily switch between multiple boot configurations, the ability to customize the boot menu text, and the ability to add custom scripts to the GRUB menu.
REFI discontinued. It is no longer maintained since 2013. The author suggested visiting http://alternativeapp.info/software/refind/, a fork of the original program.
