It does not work in the same way as the 360 fusion.
It uses a restricted drawing layout and is quite a different interface from Fusion 360, but the essential core is quite similar and an excellent alternative, especially for Linux users who don't want to mess with wine.
Inventor is mainly the more professional version of Fusion 360, but it is much more expensive.
You need to buy any single module to work on Sheet, Part, Assembly, Welding, so you need a lot of money for BricsCAD
Fusion 360 runs only on PC or Mac, so an iPad-only alternative doesn't seem to match the search.
