Description

Duke Nukem Forever is an action-packed first-person shooter game developed by 3D Realms and Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games. It is the fifth installment in the Duke Nukem series and the sequel to the 1996 game Duke Nukem 3D. The game follows Duke Nukem, an action hero and classically-styled hero from the 1990s, as he battles an alien invasion force while also saving the world. Players control Duke Nukem as they battle a variety of enemies in a variety of environments. They can use a variety of weapons and vehicles to fight their way through the levels, including a wide range of firearms, explosives, and throwable items. Duke Nukem can also interact with the environment, such as flipping switches, opening doors, and using objects to progress in the game. The game features a single-player campaign and a multiplayer mode, with the latter supporting up to 16 players. The multiplayer mode includes a variety of game modes, such as deathmatch, team deathmatch, capture the flag, and more. Duke Nukem Forever also includes a level editor, allowing players to create and share custom levels with others.
