Cyberduck is a cloud storage and file transfer application that allows users to securely store, sync, and share files and folders across multiple devices. It is available as a desktop application for Windows, Mac, and Linux, as well as an iOS and Android app. Cyberduck allows users to securely connect to cloud storage services, FTP and SFTP servers, and WebDAV. It supports over 20 protocols and tools for transferring and managing files, including Amazon S3, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, and more. Cyberduck also offers a range of advanced tools for managing security, such as SSH key management, SFTP, and SSL/TLS certificates. Additionally, Cyberduck allows users to access and modify files directly on the server, as well as upload and download files from the cloud.
Bundleware The installer may contain adware. Be careful during installation: https://alternativeapp.info/discussions/applications/11718/be-careful-in-the-installation/
FileZilla is only an FTP client, Cyberduck can also access cloud storage such as S3.
Only Filezilla PRO supports GoogleDrive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc., not open source Filezilla. Filezilla Pro is a commercial application not free.
Filezilla is more stable than Cyberduck.
Insync synchronizes the GD folders with your disk, while CYberduck mounts them "on the fly".
Discontinued The extension does not work in Firefox 57 and later versions. The developer ended support and development of FireFTP after 13 years. The extension still works in XUL-based Firefox forks such as https://alternativeapp.info/software/waterfox/ and https://alternativeapp.info/software/palemoon/.
FireFTP is only an ftp client, Cyberduck can also access cloud storage such as S3.
FileZilla is no longer supported, this is compatible with https://forum.filezilla-project.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=64&start=1005#p156191.
Warning It has clearly been 'superseded' by the original FileZilla, see https://forum.filezilla-project.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=64&start=1005#p156191.

Warning Be aware that installing FileZilla on your computer might install some packages / malware on your machine. See this thread in the FileZilla forum: https://forum.filezilla-project.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=48441
