Amino is a mobile platform that allows users to connect with each other and explore their interests. It is designed to help people build communities around shared interests, such as music, movies, TV, sports, gaming, anime, and more. It also allows users to create and join discussion forums, share content, and create and join clubs. In addition, Amino provides users with the ability to chat, share photos and videos, and find new friends. Amino is available for iOS and Android devices, as well as a website.
Twitter is a different type of social network. Amino profiles are anonymous by choice and you are not required to enter your name as a username. It can be anything. It also focuses on the idea of communities of a specific interest. It's more or less like islands. Connected by the sea of the web, but independent. It has blogs, chat rooms, quizzes, polls, user-made questionnaires. Twitter lacks all, if not most.
amino has its own communities, unlike Twitter, is pg13 and has a voice chat with your own profile, able to talk to anyone without following. Also, the political side of amino is non-existent.
Amino doesn't have threads like reddit, it has a lot of things missing.

Amino is based on communities. Twitter doesn't have those. Oof
