It provides merchants with tools to list, manage, and promote their products, as well as to manage customer service and track sales. Merchants can also use the app to set up coupons and promotional offers, view and respond to customer reviews, and generate reports on their performance. Additionally, the app allows merchants to connect with Amazon customers, track their sales and performance, and take advantage of Amazon’s additional services, such as Fulfillment by Amazon and Amazon Prime.
