WinSleep by MollieSoft is a Windows utility that helps you manage your computer's sleep schedule. It optimizes your computer's energy usage by scheduling when it goes to sleep and wake up, based on your usage habits. WinSleep also monitors your computer's power usage and displays it in an easy-to-read graph. It also has a feature that allows you to set up a hibernate schedule, so your computer can go into a low-power state when you don't need it. Additionally, WinSleep can be configured to turn off your monitor and other peripherals to save energy when you're not using them. It also has a number of settings that can be used to customize its behavior, including setting a maximum idle time, setting a minimum active time, and setting a maximum sleep time.
