WindowBlinds is a software program developed by Stardock that enables users to customize the look and feel of the Windows operating system. It allows users to customize the appearance of the Windows desktop by applying customized visual styles to windows, buttons, scrollbars, and other UI elements. WindowBlinds also provides a variety of other features, such as skins that can be applied to individual windows, and the ability to customize the appearance of the Start menu and taskbar. Additionally, WindowBlinds provides tools for customizing the behavior of windows, such as allowing windows to be resized by dragging the edges.
A free alternative to WBlinds, completely the same, so I'm fine with that.
Discontinued As of December 2011, the SharpEnviro project is no longer in active development. All files provided come without any warranty or support! It is uncertain whether previously released versions of SharpEnviro will work with any new or upgraded Windows systems after Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
