Watch 4 Folder is a simple and powerful utility designed to monitor changes in a designated folder or subfolder. This is an old software (2002) but it is (therefore) very small scale, highly effective and tremendously customizable. You can monitor as many folders as you want, locally and on the intranet. It does not support subfolder monitoring, which is a negative sign, but rules can be quickly copied and adjusted. It works perfectly on my Win10 64 bit. I have to run a sync routine whenever folders on my disk or my server disk change. Instant synchronization like nothing I've seen before.
