VRidge is a virtual reality software platform developed by RiftCat, a company specializing in virtual reality technology. VRidge allows users to use a variety of virtual reality headsets, including Google Cardboard and Samsung Gear VR, to experience PC games and applications in a virtual reality environment. It utilizes a mobile device’s sensors, display, and computing power to simulate head-tracking and control of a virtual reality environment, thereby eliminating the need for expensive hardware. VRidge also allows users to stream their PC games to their mobile devices using local or remote streaming, and to customize their virtual reality experiences with different levels of immersion, such as adjusting the field of view and controlling the intensity of the experience.
TrinusVR, while on iOS and Android, is bad. It's slow and stutters, the head tracing is off and broken, and if you're not playing a game where you're using the mouse to look around, you simply can't look around.
