tsMuxeR is a free application for Windows and Mac OS X that enables users to create and mux multiplexed, program streams (M2TS) of high-definition (HD) video, audio and subtitle streams into a single MPEG-2 Transport Stream (TS). tsMuxeR supports a wide range of video and audio codecs, including H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, MPEG-2, VC-1, AC-3, AAC, and DTS. It also supports a variety of subtitle formats, including subrip (SRT), advanced subtitles (ASS) and bitmap subtitles (VobSub). tsMuxeR is suitable for a variety of applications, including authoring of Blu-ray Discs, AVCHD discs, and streaming of HD content over IP networks.
