Description

SuperPI is a computer program used to calculate pi to a specified number of digits after the decimal point. It is used to benchmark the performance of a computer's processor. It is often used to compare the performance of different processors, as well as to compare different versions of the same processor. The program can be used to measure the time it takes a processor to calculate a given number of digits of pi. By running the program multiple times, it is possible to measure the fluctuations in processor performance over time. SuperPI is a single-threaded program that is optimized for Intel and AMD processors. It is available for Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
