No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente que me gusta este software. Tenemos un sitio web de mayor volumen de tráfico y estábamos buscando soluciones de grabación de pantalla. Todas las alternativas eran demasiado caras: el hotjar nos costaría alrededor de $ 1000 / mes solo para la grabación en pantalla. Cuando encontré SessionRecord, estaba muy interesado en la posibilidad de tenerlo alojado en nuestro servidor. Alquilé una instancia digital de océano y ahora me cuesta alrededor de $ 20 tener el mismo servicio que hotjar. Durante la instalación tuve algunos problemas, pero el soporte de esta aplicación es increíble. Me ayudaron muy rápido. Me sorprendió mucho. Creo que el soporte fue mejor que el soporte que recibo en algunos productos en los que tengo licencia. La aplicación es fácil de usar, puede que necesite un poco de pulido, pero simplemente funciona.
Registra a las personas, puede etiquetar grabaciones basadas en eventos: puede omitir las páginas y cambiar la velocidad. En general 10/10 producto. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!
