Software Defined Radio (SDR#) is an open-source software application designed for the reception and transmission of radio signals in the frequency domain. It can be used to receive digital radio signals, such as those transmitted by radio stations, police and fire departments, and emergency services. SDR# also enables users to transmit radio signals, such as those used in Amateur Radio. It is capable of decoding a variety of digital modulation formats, including signals from AIS, ADS-B, and APRS. SDR# also provides a wide variety of features such as a spectrum analyzer, waterfall display, control of various radio hardware, and recording and playback of radio signals. It is available for free for Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
