Description

Scrum is an Agile methodology for software development and project management, which focuses on quick iterations of work and frequent reassessment of goals and progress. It is designed to help teams work together more efficiently and effectively. Scrum is based on an iterative and incremental approach to software creation and delivery. It consists of a set of values, principles, and practices which are designed to help teams collaborate and deliver products more quickly and effectively. Scrum teams are self-organizing and self-managing, and work together to determine the best way to achieve the goals of the project. Scrum teams are typically small and consist of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and a team of developers. The Product Owner is responsible for setting the goals and priorities of the project, while the Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team is following the Scrum process and meeting its goals. The developers are responsible for delivering the product. Scrum teams use short cycles of work, known as sprints, to deliver products. Each sprint consists of the team planning and discussing the goals of the sprint, developing the product, and then showing the results to the Product Owner and stakeholders. Once the sprint is finished, the team reviews the work and then starts a new sprint. Scrum is used by teams in many industries, such as software development, marketing, product design, and more. It is also used by organizations of all sizes, from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.
