Description

Sass (Syntactically Awesome Style Sheets) is a popular, open-source CSS preprocessor used by web developers to streamline and simplify their development workflow. In short, Sass is a powerful tool that allows developers to extend the capabilities of CSS, by adding features like variables, nesting and mixins. Sass makes it easier to write and maintain large and complex CSS stylesheets. It also makes it possible to quickly and easily build custom stylesheets for a wide variety of devices, including mobile, tablet and desktop devices. Sass features two distinct syntaxes, SCSS (Sassy CSS) and the original indented syntax. Both syntaxes are fully compatible and can be used interchangeably.
