The app allows users to transfer contacts, messages, photos, videos, music, calendar events, memos, alarms, and Wi-Fi settings from their old device to their new Samsung device. The Smart Switch app also supports transferring data from Samsung devices to other Samsung devices, and from iTunes and iCloud backups to Samsung devices.
