Funciona muy bien y la interfaz es simple y cómoda. Creo que es bueno para las empresas porque puede personalizar la configuración según sus necesidades. El equipo de soporte es útil, siempre responden, aunque no al mismo tiempo, pero analizan su problema con cuidado y le dan todas las respuestas que necesita.

He estado usando el servicio durante bastante tiempo (2 años) como una herramienta de seguridad para una cadena de centros comerciales locales en los EE. UU., Y debo decir que cumple con todas las normativas nacionales y funciona perfectamente en términos de latencia. Antes de esto, también tenía algo de experiencia con OpenDNS y el filtro DNS, pero sus soluciones parecen demasiado caras por la calidad que brindan. El producto es una gran idea. Puede configurar el filtrado para toda su red con perfiles cronometrados, de modo que puede activar o desactivar los juegos para los niños de acuerdo con un programa sin que nadie tenga que presionar el interruptor. El principal problema es que el sistema no parece funcionar tan bien para los usuarios extranjeros. Estoy en Australia y el sistema no cambiará según la programación que he establecido. El soporte técnico no es de mucha ayuda. Hasta ahora, he estado tratando de que funcione durante los últimos tres días, aún no he tenido suerte. Quizás cuando el producto madure, será mejor.
