rEFInd is a boot manager for EFI and UEFI-based computers. It provides a graphical interface with a list of boot options, allowing users to select the operating system or utility they wish to use. It also provides a range of customization options, such as the ability to customize the look and feel of the boot menu, as well as the ability to add custom entries for specific applications. rEFInd also provides support for booting from USB and network devices, as well as from the Linux kernel. It is designed to work with any version of EFI or UEFI firmware, and can be used to replace the default boot manager on most PCs.
