Process Monitor is a powerful tool developed by Microsoft for monitoring, troubleshooting and debugging Windows operating systems. It is designed to show a real-time view of the processes running on a computer, track process resource usage, and detect system-wide changes in real time. It provides detailed information about each process such as its name, process ID, parent process, process type, user account, full command line, and privileges. It also shows the file, registry, and network activity associated with a process, as well as any errors or warnings generated by the process. In addition, it is capable of tracking process creation and termination, and can even detect malicious processes and suspicious system activity. Process Monitor is a great tool for system administrators, developers, and security professionals who need to quickly identify and troubleshoot performance issues, debug application problems, and monitor security-related events.
Very useful for tracking processing.

This is my favorite for troubleshooting Windows applications, you can view exceptions and registry access like Regedit.
