Decidí probar este sistema operativo en una máquina virtual en mi "mainframe" (hipervisor, ¿eh?) Y fue agradable, la prueba se convirtió en algo nítido y de producción, así que no la desinstalé. Ha estado funcionando como una máquina virtual por aproximadamente un año, y me gusta. Preferiría correr en una casilla dedicada, pero ya no usaré NFS para el almacenamiento en red. Estoy planeando usar ceph en su lugar, y seguramente, no necesito que OMV use NFS, pero estaba allí y fue fácil de configurar en la webGUI, así que pensé "¿por qué diablos no?" jeje. Pero si quieres un NAS que construyas por tu cuenta, en lugar de comprar un Synology o algo así, te recomiendo esta distribución.
