Net Monitor for Employees (or Net Monitor) is a business and enterprise application that allows employers to monitor their employees’ computers remotely. It can be installed on a single computer or multiple computers, giving employers the ability to view the screens of all their employees’ computers simultaneously. The application also allows employers to view which applications are running, view the contents of the clipboard, send messages, and block certain applications. It also gives employers the ability to restrict internet access by blocking websites, limiting the time an employee can spend online, or blocking certain applications. Additionally, Net Monitor gives employers the ability to monitor employee emails, chat messages, and file transfers. The application also allows employers to control which programs employees can run, and the ability to monitor employee activity in real-time.
