Description

NDoc is a free open source documentation generation tool for .NET Framework developers. It uses the same syntax as the Microsoft® .NET Framework’s C# and Visual Basic compilers to generate XML documentation files. This XML documentation can then be transformed into HTML, Microsoft HTML Help, Visual Basic Help, and MSDN-style documentation. It provides a wide range of capabilities such as automatic XML comment generation, IntelliSense integration, reflection-based object model, and support for custom tags. It also supports the generation of topics from other sources, including text files, and can be integrated with Visual Studio projects. The generated documentation can be used for both internal and public use, providing developers with an easy way to document their projects.
