Metacritic is an online review aggregation website for movies, TV shows, music, video games, books, and other entertainment products. The website compiles reviews from trusted sources, such as Entertainment Weekly, IGN, and Metacritic, and then assigns a score to each product. Users can then compare the scores and read the reviews to make an informed decision when it comes to purchasing the product. In addition to this, the website also offers news and updates on the products, as well as features like user reviews, community discussions, and editorials. Metacritic is a great tool for businesses, as it provides them with an easy way to compare products and find out what customers think about them. Furthermore, it can help businesses identify potential customers and target them more effectively.
Whatoplay es mucho mejor que metacritic y crítico abierto en términos de la agregación de puntaje del juego (whatoplay score) para mí. También su sitio web es genial y muy informativo.
The user interface is much better than the metacritic.
Whatoplay has all the data and credibility much more than meta-critics. I think they are doing a better perspective on the aggregate scoring system.
It considers user reviews and has a better interface than Metacritic. It only works for games, though.
Discontinued website / service not available.
RT is not biased towards critics who "have a higher stature" or are better known, unlike Metacritic. On Rotten Tomatoes, all critics are treated equally. My only problem with RT is that they ONLY have scores for movies and TV shows, whereas Metacritic also covers music and video games.
