Trabajo en TI y las investigaciones de incidentes solían demorar algunas horas en mi equipo porque estábamos revisando manualmente registro tras registro. Estábamos buscando algún tipo de solución de automatización y encontramos a Loom. Loom hace mucho de nuestro trabajo automáticamente, como el análisis de registros y la correlación de datos. También informa problemas tan pronto como surgen de lo que puedo decir para que podamos solucionarlos lo antes posible. Solía recibir al menos 1-2 llamadas telefónicas todos los días por parte de usuarios que tienen problemas, y ahora tal vez se haya reducido a 1-2 llamadas por semana. Nuestros tiempos de investigación están muy por debajo y ahora que hemos estado usando el sistema unos meses y grabando nuestras propias resoluciones en él. Se ha llegado al punto en que alrededor de la mitad de los problemas se pueden solucionar de inmediato porque nos dicen cuál es su solución.
Muy fácil de usar y cómodo, y el soporte es excelente. Me encanta.
