Description

KWin is a window and compositing manager for the X Window System and Wayland. It is the default window manager for KDE Plasma and is used in many distributions of Linux. KWin is designed to be efficient, flexible, and extensible, while still being easy to use and visually pleasing. It provides features such as window snapping, tabbing, tiling, composite window effects, and a unified taskbar. KWin also includes a scripting engine that allows users to create custom window effects, and provides support for multiple display configurations.
