JSoko is a free, open source Sokoban game, available for both web and desktop. It is written in Java, so it can be run on any platform with a Java Virtual Machine. The main objective of the game is to push all the crates to the designated storage locations (or "goals") in the least number of moves. The player is represented by an arrow symbol, and has to push crates by walking into them. The crates can only be pushed, not pulled, and the player can only push one crate at a time. There are also obstacles in the game, such as walls, which cannot be passed. JSoko offers several features like undo/redo, speed control, and custom boards. It also has a built-in level editor, allowing players to create their own levels. The game can be played either against the computer, or with another player. JSoko is an excellent game for both experienced and beginner players, as it has an intuitive interface and comes with a large collection of levels.
