Description

JPPF is a Java-based open-source application designed to facilitate the deployment, management, and execution of distributed applications across multiple nodes. It provides a simple and intuitive way to create, manage, and monitor distributed applications, and it is designed to be highly scalable and fault-tolerant. JPPF is based on a server-client architecture, where the server is the main component responsible for managing the distributed applications, while the clients are the nodes running the actual applications. The server is responsible for distributing the tasks among the nodes, monitoring their execution, and collecting the results. The clients are responsible for executing the tasks assigned by the server and sending the results back. JPPF also provides a GUI to facilitate monitoring and management of distributed applications, as well as a set of APIs to allow for custom development of distributed applications.
