Description

JPerf is a free, open source tool used to measure the performance of an Internet connection. It measures the maximum achievable bandwidth on a network connection, as well as the delay, jitter, and packet loss. It is available as a Windows application and a web-based version. The application works by sending a stream of data between two computers and then measuring the throughput, latency, and other metrics related to the connection. It is useful for troubleshooting network connections and understanding how network performance is affected by different factors. It can also be used to compare different Internet connections.
