iResizer is switching from 4:3 widescreen to 16:9 without cropping or cutting the main objects in the printer. Cesium is for image compression, which is a different purpose.

iResize allows you to change images from 4:3 aspect ratio to 16:9 widescreen format, without distortion or having to crop the main objects in the photo. ImageMagick is not for that purpose, and is primarily a command line tool for other purposes.
