Ionic Framework is an open-source UI toolkit for developing hybrid mobile apps, web apps, and desktop apps using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is designed to build and deploy apps to various mobile operating systems such as iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. It also allows developers to build progressive web apps using a single codebase. Ionic Framework is based on AngularJS and Apache Cordova, and uses a library of mobile-optimized HTML, CSS, and JS components to build highly interactive apps. It also provides tools and services for creating, testing, and deploying apps, as well as features such as push notifications, analytics, and user authentication. It also supports integration with other frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, and Bootstrap.

Discontinued The official website is for sale. I believe the application is discontinued.
First of all, it makes use of Vue.js, which is a very good alternative to angular. The point is, angular makes working with ionic a bit tedious.
