Description

Icoutils is a collection of tools for examining and manipulating Windows icon files. It consists of a command line program, icotool.exe, and a library, libicoutils.dll, that can be used to manipulate icons. Icoutils was originally developed for Linux, but has since been ported to Windows. The Windows port supports the same range of features as the Linux version, including the ability to extract and convert icons from EXE and DLL files, convert images to and from Windows ICO format, read and write icon libraries, and create and edit icon images. Icoutils is open source and released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
