Form History Control is a free browser add-on for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome that allows users to view, manage and delete form entries from their browser’s form history. It provides a comprehensive view of forms stored in the browser’s form history, and its user interface allows users to selectively delete stored form entries, as well as selectively enable or disable the form history for individual websites or for all websites. The add-on also includes an option to completely clear the form history from the browser. Form History Control is an easy and secure way to manage and protect your personal data stored in the browser’s form history, making it a great tool for privacy-conscious users.
The recovery of the Lazarus shape was great when it was maintained. I used it for a while and was very happy with it. However, it is no longer actively maintained as of spring 2017.

Discontinued The extension is no longer updated and is not compatible with Firefox 57 or newer. The latest version of Chrome, 3.0.6, released in October 2014, can still be downloaded from the Chrome Web Store. The extension still works in XUL-based Firefox forks such as https://alternativeapp.info/software/waterfox/ and https://alternativeapp.info/software/palemoon/.
