dvd::rip is an open source, free software application for ripping and converting DVD movies into the popular AVI, MPEG, DivX, XviD, OGG, Vorbis, MP3, and AC3 formats. It is written in C and uses the popular GStreamer multimedia framework. It provides an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) to help users quickly and easily rip their DVDs. The program also supports many options for customizing the output, such as setting the bit rate, video quality, cropping, and more. Additionally, dvd::rip can be used to create DVD menus, chapters, and titles for creating professional-looking DVD movies.
