Tanto de una manera buena como de una mala. Es bueno porque es altamente personalizable. Es malo porque es una pesadilla mantenerlo debido a eso. Fuera de la caja, realmente no hace mucho, y la plantilla también es compleja. Nuevamente, porque es muy flexible, lo cual es bueno cuando lo necesita, pero si no lo hace, se interpone. Entonces, lo que estoy diciendo aquí es que tendrá que invertir bastante tiempo para aprender realmente a usar esto. y sobre todos los complementos que no sabe que necesitará. Si no tienes ese tiempo, o no estás dispuesto a tomarlo, mejor mantente alejado de esto. Es muy fácil desordenar su instalación hasta un punto donde todo se derrumba.

Amigos, he estado usando Drupal desde que nació. Es una herramienta realmente poderosa y una pieza de software. Puedo decirles que hay grandes compañías que usan Drupal, es 100 veces mejor que Joomla, WordPress y otros. Soy un usuario genuino de Drupal; con Drupal puede integrar comercio electrónico, videos, blogs, foros y muchas otras cosas. La nueva versión es completamente SEO lo que hace que la herramienta sea aún mejor si desea que lo encuentren en los motores de búsqueda. Me gusta Drupal y hace el trabajo muy bien. El único punto negativo, como cualquier otro software, son los módulos que se cargan, ya que deberá cargarlos manualmente. Un buen ejemplo del sitio web de Drupal es ITsiders, un sitio educativo que hice para seguidores de ITIL y personas interesadas en TI.

Mejor CMS? Veo que han pasado algunos años y, al mirar el código fuente del sitio, parece que Word Press es ahora tu "¡Mejor CMS!". He usado e107 durante casi 10 años, ha sido genial . Bastante seguro y fácil de personalizar. Pero la dirección a la que van y el ritmo de los caracoles se están moviendo en el sentido de que ha sido por mucho tiempo esperando que alcance a los nuevos y mejores. Y ahora que se llevaron los foros de soporte, es hora de saltar. Necesito una alternativa. Para mí, Drupal tiene una curva de aprendizaje demasiado pronunciada y Word Press es demasiado propenso a las interrupciones de seguridad. Voy a seguir buscando el "Mejor CMS jamás !!" aquí en 2014 ....

He usado muchos controladores de CMS porque tengo un sitio web. Fue muy divertido seleccionar y agregar complementos, y en realidad es más personalizable que WordPress. El problema era que mi sitio web pronto creció a más de 100,000 visitas por día, y con eso vinieron miles de miembros. Cuando agregaría algunos complementos, tendrían conflictos o fallas. Algunos incluso hicieron que mi base de datos de repente se triplicara en un día. Tienen más complementos que cualquier otro CMS, pero muchos de estos complementos están hechos por programadores principiantes que, al parecer, no saben lo que están haciendo. He tenido que volcar mi servidor y volver a empezar muchas veces. Wordpress, nunca tuvo un solo problema.
