Description

DirectVobSub is a free, open-source DirectShow filter for decoding and displaying subtitles in movies and videos. It can read subtitles from both hard-coded and external subtitle files, such as .srt (SubRip), .sub (MicroDVD) and .idx (VobSub). DirectVobSub is capable of displaying and editing subtitles in different languages and can also be used to synchronize subtitles with the video. It can also be used to add custom subtitles, such as translations, to videos. Additionally, DirectVobSub has several advanced features, such as custom font and color selection, subtitle alignment and scaling, and multi-language support.
