do not block the server, easy to install easy to remove
Webmin is simply an interface to check server performance and do simple maintenance. cPanel is much more than that.
Functionally very close to cPanel. Price half cheaper than cPanel has
It has more functions, is easier to use and costs less.
Easy, fully automated installation process that includes all the dependencies ... module capabilities
Very nice looking and easy to use. It is cpanel imitator. I am using it since last 5 years. I have found only a few bugs, but this still can be better for other open source control panel.
Full features like CP but open source!
Discontinued The project seems to be discontinued. The latest version, 10.1.1, released on March 3, 2014, can still be downloaded from the official website and the source code is available on Github. The ZPanel source code has been ported to https://alternativeapp.info/software/sentora/.
Warning Known unpatched security holes.
I have been using zPanel (old version) / Sentora (new) for a few years. Excellent product for managing about 50 domains.
Amazing control panel and super fast and easy to use. Hope to see the File Manager soon.
Plesk provides much better UX and is the best solution for websites.

Have an active development, extended with add-ons, good generated configuration files and easy to install and use for administrators and users.
Webmin provides all the tools of the big commercial options, but is scalable, well supported and free.
