Coolrom es un sitio decente para obtener roms y emuladores, pero los botones de descarga normales en el sitio descargan archivos .exe en su PC. Hay un enlace de descarga alternativo en cada página que reproduce un anuncio de video en una nueva página web durante unos segundos y le brinda un botón de descarga que le permite descargar un archivo .zip o .7z sin tener que meterse con la opción del instalador .exe . El instalador .exe le preguntará si desea instalar diferentes tipos de software con el archivo rom y los instalará si dice sí o no. Coolrom tiene muchas roms y emuladores, pero ya no tienen ninguna rom de Nintendo. [Editado por J2477, 19 de septiembre]
