Odio esta compañia !!!! Algo molesto, me tomó horas para finalmente tener el archivo cvs listo para cargar contactos, luego, incluso cuando seguí las instrucciones proporcionadas, no funcionó. Intenté solucionarlo con el Soporte, dependiendo de quién tengas suerte y ellos lo hagan por ti, si no terminas nuevamente esperando el soporte técnico durante 3 Días, para que luego te digan que debes hacerlo de manera diferente, rehacer todo, lo cual toma horas de mi tiempo de nuevo, porque sienten que no necesitan ayudarte, sino que te hacen saltar a través de aros. Pedí un reembolso del crédito que tenía en mi cuenta y escribí una carta de queja, esta compañía no debe llamarse clicksend sino clickstuck porque una vez que abrió su cuenta, obtener sus contactos cargados es un desafío en sí mismo, no importa enviar un SMS. ¡¡¡¡textos!!!!
Como dije, le di a esta compañía una segunda oportunidad, y ahora me arrepiento, huyo de ella tan lejos como puedas cuando los encuentres en línea.
