El cliente antivirus es terrible, no pudo detectar virus del año pasado y mucho menos el mes pasado. Microsoft Security Essentials ejecuta círculos a su alrededor. Cualquiera que haya usado ZoneAlarm Firewall ya sabe que este firewall es una broma. La función Full Disk Encryption está increíblemente defectuosa, pierde las credenciales del usuario todo el tiempo y no se sincroniza bien con Windows, y no hay una manera fácil de cambiar el usuario para el que codifica el disco duro. Encriptar dispositivos portátiles es igual de frustrante, el proceso es muy lento y la función de la lista blanca se siente como si no funcionara la mitad del tiempo, le sorprendería cuántas veces al mes reformateamos los medios portátiles de los usuarios para permitir que sean detectados nuevamente por Check Punto.
Además de todo, es un producto muy costoso y su soporte al cliente no es muy útil, su primera reacción es asumir que todo es culpa del usuario y trabajar desde allí. Me encantaría ver algo comparable a esto a través de la comunidad de código abierto.
