Personalmente no he usado este servicio, pero un representante de ventas agresivo se acercó a mi negocio con la tableta y el contrato en mano, listo para funcionar. Una peluquería cercana los había probado primero, pero no creían que el programa fuera efectivo en su diseño y enfoque. Cuando intentaron cancelar el servicio, se les dijo que nunca habían optado por la opción de cancelación (que nunca se ofreció). Se les dio la vuelta, incluidos los complejos. Finalmente, se les dijo que tenían que apagar la tableta para uso del cliente durante al menos otros 30 días, para darle otra oportunidad. Después de casi 6 meses de esto, se les dijo que tenían que completar una encuesta de terminación antes de que se aceptara el equipo al momento de la devolución y se suspendieran los pagos.
En general, se esfuerzan más para que sea imposible cancelarlo y luego lo hicieron para que funcione en primer lugar!
