Batch Rename Files Tool is an application (or website) used for quickly and easily renaming multiple files in a single process. The tool allows users to select a directory of files and then specify a set of rules for how to rename each file. The rules may include adding a prefix or suffix to each filename, changing the file extension (e.g. from .txt to .doc), removing certain characters from the filename, or replacing certain characters with other characters. The tool can also be used to add a timestamp to the filename and/or change the capitalization of the filename. Once the rules have been specified, the tool can be used to apply the changes to the files in the directory. This can be an incredibly useful tool for anyone who needs to quickly and easily rename a large number of files.
