AirPlay is an Apple-developed audio and video streaming technology that allows users to wirelessly stream audio and video content from an Apple device (such as an iPhone, iPad, or Mac) to compatible AirPlay-enabled speakers, receivers, and televisions. AirPlay also allows users to stream audio from multiple devices to one AirPlay-enabled speaker or receive audio from multiple AirPlay-enabled speakers. AirPlay also supports mirroring, which allows users to display the contents of their device’s screen on a compatible Apple TV. AirPlay is available on various Apple devices, including iPads, iPhones, Macs, and Apple TVs.
